I really felt “held” throughout the whole process, which I wasn’t sure would be possible with a remote course.”ECEmily CatchpoleTeacherAugust 2026“She was able to adapt some of the positions and exercises to strengthen around the knee whilst not putting any weight or strain on the knee itself.”CPChrissie PurdyStudentJanuary 2026“Laurence has been my daughter’s yoga teacher for three years.
